1. Steel roller

2. Mirror roller
This roller is used on the three-roller calender and is one of the core components of the whole set of equipment. Its quality directly affects the quality of the product. Therefore, we use advanced manufacturing technology to manufacture it, and its surface roughness can reach Ra0.02. It is made of high-performance special steel to make the roller reach high strength and high hardness. The rollers are processed by special machine tools to reduce errors such as roundness, straightness and round runout. Spiral runners are used inside of the roller to make the cooling effect and cooling uniformity of the product better
