1. Introduction of ASA film
The product has weather-resistant aging, anti-ultraviolet
radiation, non-toxic, tasteless, anti-mold, difficult to burn,
self-cleaning, and acid, alkali, salt and other chemical corrosion
characteristics. At the same time, it also has a rigid and flexible
shape and good processing and forming performance.
Mainly Applicable
- Building material decorative film: home profile protective film;
- Fluorine material high weather resistant film, furniture decoration
film, outdoor products protective film, can also be applied to
plastic steel doors and Windows, roofing tiles, aluminum alloy,
aluminum plate, steel plate, wood board, wood plastic board,
plastic floor, calcium and magnesium plate, cement board, building
curtain wall and other surface coating.
- Film-covered profiles not only play a beautiful and protective
role, but also improve the service life of profiles.
2. Application of ASA film
Because ASA film has good weather resistance, uniformity,
extensibility and crease resistance, it is widely used in roof
color steel tiles, resin tiles and plastic sheets, sheet surfaces,
outdoor plastic lounge chairs, outdoor lamps and lanterns surface
coating and advertising board, decorative board.
3. The equipment features of the ASA cast film production line
produced by our company
(1) The whole set of equipment adopts PLC, closed-loop control so
it can realize one-key speed increase and is easy to operate.
(2) The special screw design of the extruder ensures that the
melting of the raw plastic material, the color of the product is
uniform, and the extrusion volume is high
(3) The full-automatic mold combined with the thickness gauge can
more effectively fine-tune the melt thickness deviation in the
transverse width of the die, and the thickness uniformity is
guaranteed to be ±10 um.
(4) The casting roll adopts the method of integral machining of the
inner runner to ensure the temperature control within ±1 degree,
and the rolling surface control accuracy within± 10um to ensure
more accurate casting film thickness.
(5) The tension sensor and control system are used to ensure the
tension control is ± 10um.
(6) A complete set of servo motors and servo controllers make the
equipment run more accurately.
(7) The fully automatic cutting and rewinding machine has two
functions: contact rewinding and gap rewinding. The winding tape
has tension control, the adjustment range is 5-200N/M.
